What are your prices?
Regular sized cookies start at $48 per dozen and minis at $30 per dozen. Price increases based on design, number of shapes and colors, and level of detail. See specific pricing guidelines below.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a 1 dozen minimum for printed cookies, 2 dozen for regular sized decorated cookies and 3 dozen for mini decorated cookies. However, minis can be added to an order of regular sized cookies in quantities of 1 dozen.
How do I order?
Orders may be placed via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or from our 'Custom Cookie Quote' form below. All order info must be in writing (no phone calls). Please include the following:
- Date of event (or pick up date, if different)
- Possible cookie designs/ideas, colors, personalization, etc.
All custom cookie orders require payment in full to confirm your order and hold your requested date. Your order is not on our calendar without payment and we are unable to hold your date if invoice is not paid within 48 hours.
Payment is nonrefundable if cancelled 14 days or less before pickup.
We do our best to answer emails and messages within 24-48 hours...your patience is greatly appreciated!
We will not follow up on unpaid invoices and your order will be subject to cancellation. If you have not received an invoice, please check your SPAM email folder and reach out for correct email confirmation.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Most custom orders require at least 14 days notice but the sooner the better as we are often booked 3-4 months out.
ALL custom orders (for any item) may be subject to a rush fee starting at $25 if placed less than 7 days before requested pickup. Rush orders are subject to availability and may not be possible.
Can you make characters or copyrighted designs?
We no longer offer exact character cookies or cookies of copyrighted designs (unless you can obtain written permission from the creator.) Instead, we offer character inspired sets or printed cookies with purchase of licensed images.
How long will cookies stay fresh?
ALL cookies are individually heat-sealed and will stay fresh for about two weeks; however, they are at their peak flavor if eaten within 1 week of pick up.
Can cookies be frozen?
YES! Cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months. Freeze cookies right in their packaging in an airtight container and thaw at room temperature for 6-8 hours before your event. DO NOT open the container until the cookies are totally thawed. This can cause condensation in the cookie bags which is not a friend of icing. Some fine details may become brittle after freezing so handle with care to avoid damage.
Do you make gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free or vegan cookies?
Not at this time but we hope to expand our menu to include some of these options soon.
Do you offer other flavors?
For custom orders, our signature Butter-Vanilla cookie is standard but Chocolate Brownie, Chocolate Chip, Lemon Cream Cheese, Coconut Almond and Strawberry Lemonade may be available for an additional $8 per flavor. You may mix flavors but only by the dozen. Occasionally we will have a few flavors available in the bakery or through a flash sale!
Where are you located?
We are a state inspected, commercially licensed bakery, located in the heart of historical downtown Roswell, New Mexico with sweet treats available for take out, pick-up and dine-in. We are unable to offer delivery.
Can you ship?
Unfortunately no. New Mexico's licensing regulations, prohibit the shipment of food products unless you are licensed as a manufacturing facility. We're happy to give you some pointers if you'd like to ship cookies yourself!
Do you offer classes?
Cookie decorating classes, private classes, parties and other fun events are planned for the near future!
Custom Cookies per Dozen

All cookies exactly the same in shape and design. Up to 3 colors, no personalization and minimal detail.
Minimum order: 2 dozen
Up to 4 shapes/designs and 5 colors. Includes basic design detail, florals and some personalization/writing.
Minimum order: 2 dozen
Up to 7 designs and/or colors. Includes metallic highlights (gold, silver, rose gold), more elaborate detail, and personalization.
Minimum order: 2 dozen
Logo and character inspired cookies, watercolor designs, cookies with intricate detail or large amount of personalization, writing and/or handpainting. Also includes sets with more than 7 shapes and/or colors or XL cookies.
Minimum order: 2 dozen
Cupcakes topped with mini decorated cookies. Inquire about available flavors or see description on the Sweet Somethings page.
Minis are 1-2" cookies and are limited in shape and detail due to their small size.
Minimum order: 3 dozen or 1 or more dozen added to a regular size order.
For short notice orders or unique cookie options, consider our printed cookies. Same signature recipe but printed with your choice of images, message or even photos! Perfect for any occasion or gifting! Most cookies are round but other shapes may be available depending on desired image. Price includes 2 images ...each additional image $2.
Minimum order: 1 dozen
Flavors: Chocolate Brownie, Chocolate Chip, Lemon Cream Cheese, Coconut Almond, and Strawberry Lemonade may be available for an additional $8 per flavor (subject to ingredient availability).
Favor Packaging available for an additional $12 per dozen - includes individual packaging with additional coordinating ribbons, toppers or tags.
Specialty or Divided Packaging is available for an additional $5 per package which includes coordinating bow, ribbon and/or tag.
Last minute orders (less than 7 days before requested pickup) may be available for a $25 (or more) rush fee but are subject to current availability.

Please provide as much information as possible and we will get back to you just as soon as possible - usually within 24 to 48 hours! Please include the date of your event (or pick-up date), theme or design, and number of cookies required as well as any other details you may have in the comments section.
Terms and Conditions:
SWEET BABY J'S RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER - WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE - THAT HAS NOT BEEN PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS OF INVOICE.
ALL custom orders require payment in full to confirm your order which must be received within 48 hours from date of invoice to avoid cancellation (unless prior arrangements have been made). NO ORDERS WILL BE SCHEDULED WITHOUT PAYMENT.
Payment is non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days before order date. Customer is responsible for all cancellation fees imposed by PayPal, if any. Payment may be transferred to a future order subject to availability. Orders not picked up within 48 hours of agreed date/time, will be forfeited without refund unless other arrangements have been made.
Every effort is made to ensure your order matches your specifications; however, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed due to color variances - digital reproduction is not precise by its very nature. Designs will be inspired by your requests (pictures, etc.) but exact work will not be copied. Please read details on invoice notes and contact us with any errors or missing info ASAP. Design changes CANNOT be made less than 7 days before event.
By submitting payment, you agree with all terms and conditions set forth, as well as order details. YOUR ORDER IS NOT SCHEDULED ON OUR CALENDAR WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL. We are unable to send payment reminders and your invoice will be subject to cancellation. Please contact us if you need to make other arrangements. In case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in the cancellation of an order by Seller (Sweet Baby J's), a full refund will be issued.
For cake orders, delivery is not always an option, but if it is possible, once delivery and setup is complete, we release all liability. If you or a representative elects to pick up your order, Sweet Baby J's is released of all liability once the order has left our shop.
COOKIE/CAKE DECORATING IS AN ART, AND A TIME-INTENSIVE CREATIVE PROCESS. SWEET BABY J'S WILL EXECUTE YOUR DESIGN REQUESTS AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE, BUT ABSOLUTELY, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A REFUND, CREDIT, DISCOUNTS, OR REPLACEMENT BE GIVEN FOR WORK ALREADY COMPLETED.
